A-1 Janitorial contacts you to get a name. They send that person a "trial" bucket of drain cleaner. Instructions state to flush the product down the drain every month to keep drains clear. A month later after using the product, you receive an invoice for over $100. They demand that you pay for the product you purchased from them.

We actually paid for the product and had them send an email stating that our account was closed.

A couple months later they have sent us more product to flush down the drains.

They already have a ScamPulse.com rating of F so they clearly do not care about doing legitimate business.

They called to introduce a free trial product ( Dissolve Sewer And Lift Station Cleaner ) then later charged for it and then sent larger quantity that was not approved or requested and charged for that too. Can't ship it back because of the chemical compounds. I refuse to pay for the product. This scam needs to stop and they need to be shut down.
