"A1 LRS" posses as a Property Management Company. They have stolen our business similarities to scam people. Individuals have called us with complaints.

We are called "LRS Realty & Management, Inc". Our location is 9400 Topanga Canyon Suite 110

Saw a home on craigslist, e-mailed the person who had the ad with my phone number. I received a text message from them from two different numbers and it asked me to sign up through their website. The text message read that there is a $49 refundable fee for the application. So I paid the $49 to view the website. The homes on it were not including the one I found on Craigslist. Also, when I paid through PayPal, my card was charged $49 to Mohammad Rahaman. I thought this was very suspicious because it should be to A1 LRS. Needless to say, I have yet to hear from them about the house.
