This rental car business/ car sales business added extra charges for late fees and a number of other fees. The associate I talked to stated "I will knock the price off if you give me a tip", this was the only reservation I made for my Honolulu trip so I could not back out of it. The next problem came when My car did not start and I called the company to see what I was supposed to do, the owner of the company told me to go [censored] myself and that it was a 10$ rental company what the [censored] do you think was going to happen. I had not known it was a cheap rental car place when I made the reservation, so there was no way for me to know the whole company would be this shady. I got stranded two times trying to bring the car back. They tried to jump start the car and make me take it. To which I told them I would not be taking this car. Now I am waiting because I can't get my money back because we are in a contract for this rental car.
