Made a purchase thru PayPal on 8/3/2018, and thankfully this website does not have my credit card number. I received an order number confirmation, but no email confirmation with invoice. I checked my credit card account and it showed the payment as pending. I twice tried sending an email to their support ([email protected]) but it bounced back with an error both times. The online chat feature on the site doesn't work. There is no phone # to call. The website is full of broken links and phony messages about how they have such great customer service. I tried using another browser, and it all worked the same … poorly.

The credit card charge finally posted on 8/5, and I still haven't received an invoice. I'm filing a dispute with that charge and hopefully I can get it removed. Stay away from a123rc.com!
