I registered online for a training seminar scheduled for 8/23 and paid with the hospital (work) credit card on 8/16. I never received confirmation or an invoice or any directions of how to log on. I called the next day to the 800 number and was told the only thing they use to look it up is the credit card last 4 digits. Then they sent to their "billing company" and that's all they would tell me. I emailed their address and never got response. The next day I called again and was told I should have received confirmation within 5-10 minutes. I didn't-checked spam and junk to no avail. They told me the billing company would contact me in 48 hours. They didn't. I called again, I emailed again, no response, no assistance. I called again this morning, the day of the training and they looked it up and told me the CC# was registered with a Robert somebody that last paid in July. They couldn't find my email address registered and then told me there was NO seminar scheduled today by that name. or at all. I've told them I was reporting to the BBB.
