how to get into the home, so I called Jeff. He informed me that the last hurricane that hit FL. had damaged there home and that they had just got home from trying to repair the damage. He said there would be no way that it could be rented out. I asked him why he had not contacted me sooner, he said they had hoped to be able to get the home ready. for us. He said they would return our deposit shortly still have not seen it. when I call or text them no response. I immediately called The Hamptons Community in Auburndale FL.
seeing if they might have another home available. I spoke to a lady named Rose and she immediately asked if it was Jeff Tribble, when I said yes, she said call the sheriff and get an attorney. I asked her why they allow him to get away with this type of practice and she said that as long as he pays his HOA payments, they can't remove him????? Finally, when we arrived in the Auburndale area, we decided to check out the damage on the home, well to our surprise no damage on the home and there was a renter in the home. I asked him when he rented the home, he said around the first of December. I want our money returned and these people to be given a bad report by the BBB.
