I initially telephoned an appliance repair company I found online, but I can’t remember what the company was called. They dispatched a local technician in my area. The technician took apart the washing machine, which was draining water on my basement floor. He checked a few things while I was present, he said there was nothing wrong with the machine, and that perhaps I placed too many clothes in the machine and the water overflowed, and if the issue happens again to contact him and he may need to replace a support bracket. I paid AMIT AMRAM LEVI $90 for the service call which he said would be discounted from any future repairs.

The problem occurred again water all over my basement floor. I attempted to contact Amit at the telephone number on the invoice, the phone number is out of service, there is no address on the invoice, no invoice number. I sent him an E transfer through my bank. So I emailed him at the email provided that he provided but I did not receive a response.

I then had to contact another company. The technician noted that there were many problems with the machine that should have been obvious to the previous technician, as well as the fact that the previous technician did not put the machine back together properly and left screws missing.

This time the repair cost me $316.
