Here's where it gets strange:
I decided to go in-person to talk to a supervisor because that was a lot of money for nothing. But when I got to the address listed on their site, it was a pharmacy. When I called AAA to see if I had the wrong address and asked about it, they hung up on me. I called back thinking the line cut out. They hung up again. My wife called the same number and this time they told her they were "mobile" and when she asked about the address, they again hung up.
Through many hoops I was able to get to the "supervisor" of the guy who overcharged us to fix nothing. The supervisor then put the man who came and did not fix the garage on the line and let him verbally assail me with screaming profanities. The supervisor then said he'd come the next week and look at the door to see what he could do.
Spoiler alert: He has not come yet.
I have notified the pharmacy that someone is fraudulently using their info.
