They advertise on line that they can rush your passport. However, they offer no service that rush your passport. You still have to fill out the forms (which is free at USCIS.gov), you still have to go to a passport office and make an appointment or take your chances as a walk-in and you still have to pay the passport office your filling fee, pay for a passport picture, as well as an expedited fee and service fee. In the end, they have offered no service that the layman cannot do by themselves but you pay a fee to them! For whatever reason they charge this money is unclear. I called them to refund fees paid and they readily reversed the charge.
