I had a feeling something weird was going on and I called them on that Monday (the 20th). I spoke to another person who said that evidently the refund was never processed but they would get it into their tracker and make sure the refund department handles it. They told me it would take 5 - 7 days for a refund to appear in my bank. On the 5th day, I called because they had no new deposits in my bank account. They stated I would have to wait the full 7 days (Wednesday the 23rd). If not, I can call back and they can connect me directly to the refund department. I then called back on Thursday (24th) as I still had not received my refund. They then supposedly connected me to their "refund department". I spoke to a woman who put me on hold several times and couldn't give me direct answers to anything I asked concerning this issue. She stated that she needed to contact the "back office" about it and they would get back to her in 3 - 5 days. I asked her why I couldn't get an answer right away, and she just repeated that the "back office" wouldn't be able to get back to her for 3 - 5 days. I requested her direct line so I could reach her again in case I did not receive the refund. (813-704-2482)
I just called them today, April 5th, and got ahold of the same woman I spoke with from their "refund department" and she apologized. She said she would have to send a message to their "back office" to see if she can expedite the issue. I asked her why she couldn't get someone on the phone asap so we can figure this out and she stated that "the back office does not take phone calls." She said she would expedite the process and that I will hopefully get my refund processed today. I told her I have waited almost a month and that is too long. I told her that I am sure she is a third-party company that is limited in what it can do and that most likely the main company is actually a scam, to which she had nothing to say in response.
