It stated that I was one of three winners for 1 thousand dollars.
After inspecting it very clearly I realized that I had actually won $1,000.00
Unfortunately after almost calling this business I saw all the reviews of people who stated they were also scammed by this.
The list that announces the 3 winners changes per address they send it too therefore everyone wins.
At no point did it state anywhere on brochure that it was not real.
There's no way that's legal. In some instances they've even had people come in telling them they did win just to try to sell them a car and handing them a $2 scratch off.
If the scratch off states that it was a joke or misleading or anything, I'd understand but to do business like this is ridiculous.
