Business advertises clothing. Sends fake tracking numbers that will update every few days. After 3 weeks it shows package as being delivered to mailbox/courtyard. But no package arrived. Upon reaching out to "Bill" i was told that they would investigate. Three mins later i got an email that said logistics refused to refund the purchase but if I was willing to sign for a second package one would be redelivered at no cost to me. A week later I emailed and asked for confirmation of the package and received no response. I checked the website and its closed
