Trying to collect a debt

They told me I was going to court for a debt from 9 years ago, they never said this is an attempt to collect a debt blah blah. They just told me I was going to court. I asked for proof of the debt so they emailed me from some weird email address a form me admitting the debt and a payment plan? So called the Whitney person back and said I asked for proof of the debt? She said I get it in court and they will now serve me, lol I said fine. I worked in Collections for years and know the laws they broke a few and the company they are collecting for is no longer in business they went bankrupt in 2005! So they are really reaching. Not to mention I have great credit so why hasn't this shown up till now. I'm sending all of the information to my lawyer I'm a senior and shame on them.

Scammer called and messaged multiple times. Left voicemails. Said they had legal evidence to collect debt from Bank of America retail card. Used my full social security number during call without prompting. Told them to send notice to my lawyer. They hung up.
