I was initially texted by the number that I am selected for data entry clerk position in Aavis Pharmaceuticals. Referred me to HR hiring manager for online interview thru Skype messaging. Gave me company detais, job descriptions and benefits. Then got hired. They sent me offer letter, W4 form and a check worth $3,100 ($100as sign in bonus) for equipment and softwares. When I saw the email: @officialhiringteam.com. I was already suspicious of the legitimacy of this offer. So I asked them again where is the job listed, they said indeed but it was already taken down. I know in my mind if I applied to this I can still see it on my indeed account but couldn’t see any trace of it. I asked them why don’t they just send me equipment and software. I also tried calling the number on the website but no one answers, directing me to full voice mail. And Sarah Robinson (HR hiring manager) is no longer replying to my chat in Skype. Good thing I havent send them back the form or deposit the fake emailed check the sent me. Though I already gave them my full name, address, email and phone number.
