received an email saying our Norton Life Lock account was being renewed. If we wanted a refund to call 1-888-970-0673. I called they refunded to my account 49000 which was not right it said pending on my account. I told them that this was the wrong amount and the guy on the phone James Wilson said he made a mistake. He asked if I could return the 48500 in a wire which would have covered what I thought I was owed. I wired the money trying to do the right thing, but before before the bank closed they stopped payment of the 49000. The wire was sent to James Wilsons believed to be supervisor named Peter Bitticks. No contact since this happened on July 10, 2023
