They contacted my sister via telephone to advise of a pending legal case with my father, I contacted them to confirm details and they explained that he has a delinquent account with Texaco, which he denies. They stated they are attempting to resolve out of court but if an offer was not made within 2 hours they would file suit and garnish his wages, social security, and put a lien on his home and vehicle. They sent me a copy of their demand, which was sent to an address he has never lived at. They did provide his name, address, and date of birth to me over the phone.
