September 19, 2020, ordered a life-like dog. The videos show puppies walking, running, responding to being touched, etcetera. I purchased for myself for $19.99 plus $9.99 shipping totaling $ 30.58. This purchase was for myself. Then I read about complaints online, that the company is mailing cheap merchandise that is not what their site shows. I contacted the address above and Paypal because they handled the payment transaction. Paypal asked me to set up an account on their website, then file a dispute claim. I did this on October 10, 2020. Below is the message from Russel at Paypal, but this company should still be investigated: I was able to file a dispute and activate your PayPal Purchase Protection and placed your funds on hold on the seller's account. This is my way to get their attention and gain their cooperation. I even gave them a very tight deadline up until October 21, 2020 to respond on this claim. Leave it to me and I will do all the paper works for you. If they will not notify or respond on the set deadline then I will close this case in your favor.

Refund will be processed on October 22, 2020 back to your card ending in **** and expect it to reflect on your statement in 5 business days or up to a billing cycle depending how fast your card issuer process a refund.

You don't have to do anything right now. It's the merchant turn to respond.
