This customer inquired to purchase Siemens VFD equipment from us. I called to verify his order and to gather more information for the project and he couldn't give me industry answers. Also, none of the numbers I called worked and I had to ask him to call me. He called from a blocked number and when I asked why the numbers were not working he stated the network was down. He also had a foreign accent one that I did not recognize and when I googled imaged the shipping or building address for the company it was a persons home and not an actual building office or project site that would need the equipment he asked for.
