Type of a scam Fake Check/Money Order
[email protected] Pretending to be to be zelle business account and need another 200$ to start my business account, I sent this message to the buyer and he said he would pay the fee but I would have to pay it back to him. I offered to wait till he came to pick up the item but he just followed through with the zelle request. He “sent” the 200$ to cover my business account set up but then asked for me to send the money back to him. I checked my account nothing had come through but I did receive an email saying it was deposited into my account. I checked the sender of the account and confirmed it was definitely a scam. I reported them to Facebook but I’m sure they are still pulling this scam.
