Zero stars in reality. I purchased a car center arm rest cover. They sent me a pad instead. It was cheap looking. it is held in place by two rubber bands. I emailed the company. They asked for pictures, which I sent. Then they ghosted me until I emailed them requesting a refund, or the right item to be sent. Their response was: "Sorry, we delivered according to your order and an inquiry shows that you received exactly what you ordered." Even though my order clearly stated "cover" not "pad." Do not do business with this China based company!
