Unknown Number - Attempting to deliver you certified documents

The message I received and couple hours later called my husband’s number, left exact same message on his phone.
“ This message is for ******** is David Page. I'm an independent courier scheduled review certified documents tomorrow, February February 13 either at your residence or place employment. Unable to locate you, this will be documented as refusing to comply. The process does continue without you . If you have any questions concerns you wanna reschedule , please contact the file and parties office immediately at 8 6 6 .6 9 9 . 6 2 0 8”
Then it proceeds to give a claim number.
Called my phone: 2/12/24 @ 2:59pm
Called my husbands phone: 2/12/24 @ 3:56pm

PRIVATE number-delivering you certified documents

Victoria Bone left me a voice-mail saying she's been tasked with delivering me certified documents. If I don't return the call then proceedings will go on without me. They will be coming to my current residence or place of employment by 3pm-5pm tomorrow!

Lorenzo Hunt called stating he needed to serve processing papers against me. I needed to call him back today to put a stop order on this or he would be coming to my house the next day between 3 and 5. He would not give my mom any information and said he was a serving processor. He called from an unknown number but left a number to call back.
