Vera Bradley items ordered and order was confirmed. I reached out to [email protected] who confirmed the order would ship within 7-10 days and one month later I still have not received my order. I reached out to the above email address several times with no response. The money showed up on my credit card but the order still has not been received. I asked to either refund my money or ship the order but no response has been received. I have been unable to get back to the order as it appears it has been deleted.
