I placed the order for product on 11/29/24. With this company they have you place the order with your phone number and what type of payment (CashApp, Crypto, etc), then after submitting the order they state they will contact you for payment. The website states they will call you but I was contacted by email with the instructions to make payment to $brianaa38 through CashApp, taking a screenshot of the confirmed payment and then emailing back to tell them payment was made. I then received an email thanking me for payment and stating I would receive tracking information later that day. Because it was a Friday the order was placed I waited the weekend, having not received any tracking information yet. I sent an email on 12/2/24 following up “in case I missed the email/information” and still received no further contact. It has now been 5 business days since the order was placed with no further contact from the company. As per the website they state shipments typically take 2-3 business days and up to 5 days for rural areas.

The website and email I received does not have any other contact or phone information. I reported the person through CashApp but because payments is instant it is likely the paid money is lost.
