AbraGold is what their store website name goes by however I knew them as AbraJewels. I was seeing the ad for the store where based off of ad tracking. So after see it so many times I thought why not give it a shot. I placed an order for some earrings and a ring in September 6. And by Sept 9 I got my first and last update on my order that it was received and a shipping label had been created. Since September 9th, I’ve been reaching out to the store which has two different emails; ( [email protected], [email protected] ) I’ve gotten no responses back from the merchant. The site has an address of 1309 Coffeen Avenue ste 1200, Sheridan, WY, 82801, US. But I haven’t seen the ties to AbraGold/AbraJewels. I also reached out to Shopify since I looked up the business and found out September 4-6 was when they made the store front on the website. So I just want transparency am I receiving my order or can I have a refund. Goods and services are the process of money exchanged for goods. I just want my money back.
