Type of a scam Employment
I applied online through Indeed for a CSR (customer service rep) position for ABS on Feb. 7th, 2022. I received two texts from a person named Bella to schedule an interview. I scheduled the interview for Feb. 23rd at 9AM. I went to the building and the door was locked initially. After waiting several minutes, someone came and unlocked the door. I met with a man named Antonio, we chatted, and he told me the job was for marketing, sales, and advertising. I asked him if it was for ABS and about the customer service position I applied for. He lied and said they were ABS but they were not and he said they didn't have a customer service position open at this time. The real company's name is Company 9. I want people to know about Company 9 and how they pretend to be other companies and post jobs for other companies but lie just to get information from people.
