Ordered a candy cart from this company on FB, they charged my CC, and sent me 1 pair of blue socks instead as a “thank you for your order” gift stating my order will arrive soon. Never received the order, they now claim my order was delivered which were the actual socks not the candy cart.

I purchased a Sweet Cart,Candy Cart,Display Cart online May 4, 2023, that was never delivered. Initially I was hesitant to order because I thought it was an scam but after reading many comments from people that purchased the same item talk about how satisfied they were I ordered. Also in the comments the company stated that the company was located in Italy. Turns out the tracking that was sent to me was tracking in China. This was a red flag. After weeks of not receiving the order I noticed that the tracking never transferred to a US carrier at this point I knew I messed up. I notified the company by email the response was it was delivered May 30th by USPS. I notified the USPS by phone and the tracking was the red flag said the agent. The person urged me to report mail fraud because the tracking website (track718.us ) is known to be fraud. I want to warn others so that this doesn’t happen to them. Please be aware of this company. I put fraud alerts on my debit card just in case.
