This company has false advertising on their website. The sweatshirts I ordered look embroidered on the website, but the sweatshirts sent to me were screen printed. I have attempted to email them to get a return 3 times. They have responded, but told me the 3rd time, “Dear customer, It can be returned but we do not recommend you to return it, because according to our regulations, you need to pay the return shipping fee.” I returned the email responding I still want to return the items, but have not received a response. It has been 6 days since I send that email.
