On March 19th 2020 I ordered exercise equipment, received order number and tracking info, tracked my product, for delivery I was informed shipping there were shipping delays, never received product the company at the time was called hipsline email address support @hipsline.com the cost was 19.99 and when I tried to contact the company a few days later, site gone, Shaniah Casias coming soon, web site vanished. Okay So on April 28, 2020 I noticed a new site called Abtrainerx so I ordered the very same product, in ordering made a mistake ordered 3 in stead of 1 emailed the company explained what happened, a Mary Jones contacted through email asked for order number and sent me a email of refund of $44.49 will be put back in my account. Saw the had a facebook page and the reviews said not to puchase the product it was a scam, to my surprise, same company changed their name. Have sent numerous emails no response.
