A person named Robert Colley called me to tell me I have won $1.5 million . He gave me a ticket #, prize package #, activation #, and a check #. I asked him for the name of his company and a phone number. When I tried to call the number it will not ring dial or anything. I asked the gentleman several times if this was a scam and continuously he told me it was not a scam. I asked him what he wanted from me and he told me the only thing he needed from me is to be at home at the time they delivered the award. I asked him what else he would need from me and at the end of the conversation he proceeded to tell me I would have to pay taxes on the 1.5 million dollars that is when I hung up the telephone and realized it was a scam!!
