Acadia Solar representative came to my apartment door show his ID, he said, he was sent by Excel energy. I thought, he was sent from Xcel Energy it must be legit. After he sign me up, I never received any bill on line, even though I gave them my email address. They just took the money out of my account also noticing the amount on the bill keeps going up, so delete my the account called Acadia to cancel my account with them. I called Xcel Energy in Aurora, Co to find out if they were affiliate with Arcadia, the Customer Person, said No. Throughout the whole time I was with Arcadia, never received a billed from Xcel, something is not right at all.
