Acanela does a great job advertising and sucking in customers/clients... My friend and I got hooked by their "Friend Friday" where we could get a 2 for 1 week in Morocco. Sounded great. Then we had to postpone our trip for a year. No worries; that seemed to work. But when we were in London, ready to fly to Morocco, Covid hit. We had been warned by the president of the US that no planes from Europe would be allowed to land after midnight, 3/13/20. So instead of flying to Morocco we got home just in time.We called and talked to Jeremy and he said (at first) "no worries." Then after multiple conversations and emails, and after about a year later, we were told that "Oh too bad. We're all taking new jobs, and we can't do anything for you." (Those are not his exact works, but close). Yet, if you look at their website, they're still actively advertising great deals, great trips, and lies. They even stated ON THEIR WEBSITE, that if they cancelled due to Covid (which they did, after we left Europe), you would get your money transferred to another trip when the world opened again. They told us many things, virtually all untrue, and NEVER even offered to refund some or any of the money, let alone give us the same trip once the world opened up. BEWARE! Do NOT use this company ever!
