The next day. I tried to get information from my bank. I was told the purchases were for (if you can believe it) a sweepstakes entry to win an iPad. The other charge was for a weekly newsletter of current sweepstakes. I NEVER ORDERED EITHER PURCHASE. They outright committed fraud.
It has been almost a year of me calling their 800 number almost weekly to get my money back. There were so many emails to them. On occasion, I would get a response from them claiming they could not find any account for me and to call the 800#.
When I contacted the 800 number, they found my account and verified all my current information. So, there was a record for me. I would leave them a message for a call back. No one ever called me back. Now the email I have for them gets returned to me as undeliverable. The phone number I call has me blocked.
So, after 10 months I am still out of $200 and have no way to contact the thief.
