I received an email that said I had to do a required update after they made a system change. I determined it was a scam because the email ending did not match the normal email ending I see from this company. They appeared to duplicate the end of my email instead.

I forwarded to Access' support desk, reported on ScamTracker and deleted the email.

From: "Access Communications"

To: "kls"

Sent: Tuesday, January 4, 2022 8:08:02 PM

Subject: Required Update.

?????Dear Valued Customer ([email protected]),

Update your profile today as part of our recent system upgrade. Open attachment, and log in to upgrade your email account automatically.

Received an email with "Required update" in subject line. The email address does not match the company's normal url. Therefore likely a scam as they are spamming Access Communications. I reported on scamtracker, forwarded to access support line and deleted the email.
