Quality Assurance Specialist
Because this position is structured to be a part time position, it is a great opportunity for professionals that are currently working and post-secondary students (who) that want(s) to (earn) make an additional income.
Quality Assurance Specialists are needed immediately to test contracted firms in major cities in Canada in the retail sectors. Reporting directly to the Risk and Compliance Officer, (the)Quality Assurance Specialist will be required to assess whether or not pre-established codes and guidelines (E.g. SQF Quality Code) are being adhered to by customer care professionals and organizational stakeholders.
Each Quality Assurance Evaluation will require a client review, client telephone inquiry, and client site visit. Most of these evaluations are accessible via public transit.
Quality Assurance Evaluation(s) are compensated for at the rate of Three Hundred Dollars ($300) per evaluation. Up to 3 evaluations are currently available every week.
Qualifications:
Able to maintain strict confidentiality
Excellent observation skills and a keen attention to detail
Effective communication skills (both written and oral)
Able to be objective and unbiased
Ability to follow directions, memorize scenario and recall them as needed
Access to a computer in order to review client and complete
Duties:
Assess whether or not pre-established codes and guidelines (E.g. SQF Quality Code) are being adhered to by customer care professionals and organizational stakeholders.
After an Evaluation, the Quality Assurance Specialist completes a survey answering specific questions based on his/her observations and deductions during the evaluation.

A recently completed Evaluation sample would be sent to you afterwards for better understanding.
Also, do note that each Quality Evaluation would take approximately two hours to complete.
