I purchased a face moisturizing product over six months ago and did not receive it. I was billed $89.95. After a couple months I disputed this with my bank. Why did I wait so long? I have had another purchase from another company take this long before. Now my bank has dismissed my claim. I look and see they have given back the money. My bank also said this is a money transfer. My bank still didn't seem to understand I was trying to purchase a product and not transfer money. Sounds like I need a new bank, too. I will be going in person to my nearest bank to try to get my money back. At this stage, the future is hazy.

Oh, at Accessory Overstock they have a disconnected phone number. I cannot find a proper email. Let's not forget that they claim their website is under construction. How convenient for them. I am beyond annoyed by all of this

Made purshase never delivered. Got credit card to credit account they came back and charged again. $28.15 sent about four emails intially trying to look legit but no means of conact available. no response to email or phone.

I ordered a makeup palette from this website and immediately knew I shouldn’t have. I never received a confirmation email and the money was taken immediately out of my account. I looked up the company and went through their website where it says “contact us” and let them know that I just ordered a product and never got a confirmation email or receipt. I never heard back. A week later, I messaged again through their website and again said I still had not received anything and I wanted a refund because of me feeling like it was a scam and again nothing. Now it’s been almost a month and I’m reading the reviews and now see that no one has ever received anything from them that they ordered! Now I’m worried about my card info from even placing an order with this scamming website. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THAT WEBSITE!!!

I purchased what I thought was some cologne but I never received the cologne. The number I found online is invalid. I went to their website and sent a communication but have yet to receive my package or a refund. I still have yet to receive any type of communication. This all happened starting December 16th.

I ordered an item from here, the “What do you meme” card game because i had found it surprisingly cheaper here than others. My card got charge almost immediately yet I received no update on when my item would be shipped. I contacted them (emailed) twice. To my surprise trying to log back onto the website, my personal account had been suspended. Very upsetting and annoying!! Do not order from them.

I ordered a nuface device from Accessory Overstock for Christmas and my charge card was charged and I never received my order. Their is no contact number to reach this company. I’m trying to dispute this order with my credit company.

Don’t purchase any items from this company.

I bought Cologne for my son in law from AccesoryOverStock. I called the number they have listed to ask how long would my order take and it was disconnected. So I thought maybe I've been scammed again. I just want my money back.

I ordered a Christmas gift from this website and paid extra for the expedited holiday shipping to arrive before December 23rd. I never received this product and have now reached out by email 4 times. After continuous searching I was finally able to find a phone number, only to learn it is now disconnected. There has been no communication back from this company at all. It is sad that we live in a world where people take advantage of others just trying to purchase gifts for their family members, especially around the holidays.

I ordered mascara from the website and my account was charged but it has been over a month and I still haven’t received my item. I’ve tried contacting them via email three times with no contact back and they still haven’t sent my item. They also don’t have a phone number to call for customer service. An absolute disgrace and now I’m out money.

After you order, they draft from your account immediately, then there is no further communication. Found out too late, you can only contact them through a message system on the web page and they do not respond. Phone line has been disconnected and removed from the website. Their About Us page is basic and full of how they will be protected but they are scamming the public instead! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I did my research too late and found that there are tons of people with the exact same issue!! Also once you order, you will not be able to log back in to look at your purchase info, it will tell you that your password is wrong and to request it to be changed, and then you will not get a response on that either! The item I ordered isn't even on their list of products!! A google search for the best price sent me to that page where I had ordered it, and of course I had better hurry because it's almost sold out! BUT the main page of their non-existent products are all phone accessories, nothing at all like what I ordered from them. SCAM SITE !!! BEWARE!!

I placed an order on their website Dec 15, 2017 and the banner at the top of the website said guaranteed delivery by Dec 23rd...the tracking showed paid and the money taken out of my account the same day then it said shipped on Dec 19. I still have not received my purchase. On their website it states that after 21 day it is considered lost and they will replace or refund the money. However, I've emailed them 3 times with no response and I called the number on my invoice which turned out to be a non-working number

After googling a game I wanted to by my daughter for Christmas, a link popped up to purchase it from this business online. I mistakenly thought I was purchasing from overstock.com

I was charged for the item and received an email saying it had shipped, but it never arrived.

I ordered several items prior to Christmas, with special holiday shipping. Received notice that they had been shipped, but no tracking numbers included. I had attempted contact with the company three times by email, and by phone. Went by the location and found the listed address was a medical office building, with no visible indication of this business ever being there. I have never received a product or any acknowledgement from Accessory Overstock. Am attempting to have my credit card company provide a refund.

I went to this website to purchase a type of cologne and a new iphone charging cord. The only shipping option available was expedited shipping, but after placing the order on 12/26/17 and tracking via their website, it hadn't shipped until 1/02/18. Today is 1/08/18 and the website said expedited shipping should take no more than 3 days. They have not responded to my complaint via their website and I have found one other example of someone suffering from seemingly the exact same scam. Their surveys on google are either 5 star reviews that seem too good to be true or 1 star reviews telling you that the 5 stars are all fake. The phone number immediately told me the call failed and after about two weeks of waiting I feel I have been scammed. They leave no email for you to contact.

This company is not legit. They will charge you for items and you will never receive them. The phone number is disconnected and they don't respond to emails.

I purchase a Creed Aventus cologne that was too good to be true for the price during the holiday week and new years sale. I purchase this on 12/29/2017 and still haven't received a shipping date. Then read the review from customer and was curious to why the bad review. It was a scam and people all said the same thing
