several attempts to contact the site admin to check order status with no luck- over a month no reply, no order confirmation sent to email. just my money taken and no reply or product delivered whatsoever.

They have thousands of products listed online. I purchased makeup palette on 12/23/17. They charged my credit card, took the funds, but I never received a confirmation, order, or any contact whatsoever.
They do have a business listing with a phone number that is disconnected and an address that seems to be fake.
I am so disappointed that nothing has been done yet.
I consider myself a pretty savvy internet consumer so I imagine they are making a good deal of money, especially from the array of products they appear to have.
