They sent an email and said the transaction went thru. Said that my propane heater should arrive with 15- 18 business days. I ordered the heater on Jan 28. They have me a tracking number and the Web site of 17track.net and the tracking number is AM246o25794 and I watched it closely. And then they said it was delivered on Feb 24th and I have not received my heater. I am an female who lives off of a fixed income and I can't afford the high electric bill in the winter and even tho 48 dollars is t much most it is to me... I draw disability, I can barely get around and I'm prone to blood clots and I take blood thinners and now I have a over a $600 electric bill and I barely draw $950 a month explain to me how I'm going to make it with that hight of an electric.
