Oh wow, this person had identical happening to them it must of got lost we will give a refund then nothing ghosted I pray they find the scammers and they get get shut down not do anyone else thay way shame on you for cheated people especially for a wheelchair mine was a green carpet shampooer. Have to Chuck up as a loss I pray God punishes them doin people that way.

Ordered a wheel chair and according to tracking it was delivered. The company has acknowledged that it was probably lost and would give me a refund but i have not received a refund yet.
