Account Control Technology, Inc. has been reaching out to me regarding a tax balance due to the State of Oregon and has informed me that if I do not pay them over $1100 I will be garnished. I received a bill from the state recently in the amount of just under $500. This company is taking public record and charging well over double the price to settle a debt which is in no danger of being collected by the state using scare tactics to try and rake in a large profit.
