An automated call from "Heather at Account Services" called about my credit card, saying there are no issues with my account, but that a lower interest rate is possible, and I should act urgently.

No actual company was identified. I am on the Do-Not Call List. I have received this call twice in two days.

I have been receiving many calls from Heather with Account Services to my cell phone. It is a robocall. They offer to lower my credit card interest rate because I have been paying on time. . These annoying phone calls alls started two or three months. The phone number on my caller ID is 315-282-9185. I pressed number one to speak with a live person and to get off the calling list. When I speak to them they say they will take me off the list and continue to call. I hang up on them. I am not interested in the offer.

Heather from Account Services -- calling to inform me my account is in good standing. I do not have an account or other activity with them. I moved and prior to the move I had logged with the donotcall.gov about 50+ calls from them. Someone will get taken by this type of call.
