I submitted my resume via Monster an online job search platform. They responded back with an email and text. They had me go through a lengthy interview process and then informed me that I received the job offer. I was to submit a check electronically sent via email, which I did. It was to pay for office equipment and a laptop. The check bounced and then they asked me to cover for the expenses and said that I would be reimbursed after I paid them for shipping and equipment. I informed them that this would not work for me. I bid them a good day.
