Nneka Pray was supposed to submit paperwork for my business’s ERC tax credit, which never happened. Ms. Pray informed me she would submit my tax credit on my behalf through her company Unbreakable Enterprise LLC. The service costs $6,000.00, and all the funds must be paid upfront. I deposited $6,000.00 into her Navy Federal Credit Union account which I have proof of. After I had made several calls to IRS to check the status of my claim I found out there was no claim done under my business name. I contacted Ms. Pray several times to discuss my concern about why the paperwork was never filed and asked for a refund. She refused to refund my money after multiple requests and then on different occasions, she refused to answer any of my calls or messages related to my refund. Nneka claimed someone else had my money and she could not get ahold of them to issue my refund! Nneka Pray is a scammer and stole my money.
