The company called in letting me know they dealt with the old receptionist and that she usually orders Toner for both our copy machines around this time of year so I said ok not knowing she never dealt with them, I gave them the copy machine name and they advised that they will send me the Toner once they receive payment which they sent me the invoice by email. They were very convincing.
