I have all of my paperwork with this company, this was a remote position (parcel expert), I would get packages and repacked them to have them sent back out through FedEx, UPS, USPS, or DHL. I was suppose to work 4 weeks and get paid on 2-17-24. I usually login to a site that was set up for me, it would list my packages, my pay and my productivity. On Friday 2-16-24, I tried logging into the system because you are supposed to login at least 3 times a day to check to see if you had any packages that would be delivered to your home. When I went to login, my login wouldn't work, I made several attempts to login but nothing would happen and I got a response of (wrong password) which I knew to be incorrect because I saved my information to automatically sign me in. So I called the manager Von Moss and explained to him that I couldn't get into my account to check packages, Von told me it was a glitch in the system and for me to wait 2 hours and it should be up and running. That hasn't happened and it's been 3 days.
