This is NOT a clothing subscription box as advertised. They say they give you consultations but has no availability. The first month charged is $19.99 and then they charge you $48 every month after. It advertises that you get access to the fashion blogs but each blog costs $30+ to purchase outside your subscription. This company is completely false. When you sign up or forced to sign up to cancel, you have no option to opt out of sharing your information. You are forced to provide private information including forced to sign up for texts and willingly allow them to sell your information as “part of their subscription”. This company violates all GDPR guidelines.

Lumi has a styling site and i signed up and immediately knew it wasn't what i wanted. They charge 99cents to start. I canceled that day immediately. Two weeks later I'm charged 29.99, and they said i didn't cancel. I asked for a refund because i never received anything or any type of service. They refuse to refund.
