3 months ago my mom's Card has Exp. she calls them to try to get a new card that fails. I call them 1month ago to warn them this will go to court if they didn't fix the problem by moving money to a new bank account. today, I find out they have $4000+ of my mom and they have lie to me and my mom. This is now a fraud and is making a phone call to VA to try to get all my mom's money back. The court date has not been set just yet. no longer taking their crap about account now. I did warn them 1 month if this is not fixed and her account now has money still there, I will sue them. they have failed and didn't take my warning into account about a lawsuit.
