Received email Monday, February 28, 2022. could not identify sender. started calling published number Tuesday, March 1, 2022, at 8:27 am. Ring no answer and ring twice to busy. they called me Wednesday, March 2, 2022, at 9:45 am. They tried to convince me that they had already billed my bank for the $179.99 and they wanted to reimburse me the $179.99 since I wanted to cancel. 1st person I talked to, gave his name as "Alex ******* ** *****************. I told him I wanted to cancel this transaction. "Alex" then passed me on the person #2; I didn't write his name down. #2 asked that I sign on to www.supremofree.com. This would allow me to create my own "credit" on the [your] ScamPulse.com website. I downloaded the software and filled out the "BBB" form with all my banking info. The bells in my head are starting to go off. I started seeing my PC Directory Tree scroll past on my screen. The bells in my hear are REALLY going off now. There was another form that I was to fill out with the amount due of $179.99. When #2 said "Just round the amount to $180" I know that this was not going to end well. Sure enough, [using my right index finger only] I put in $180 and it MYSTERIOULSY became $1800. He was "upset" that I had put the information in wrong. Explaining that $1600 of that was THEIR money. He started to tell me what I need to do to get "their money" back. I had enough by this time. I hung up and unplugged every item on my computer, called my bank to close my accounts and started a deep clean on my hard drive. There was 1 other confirmation code he gave me *********************. I forget where in the process that came up, somewhere near the end. Within 15 minutes I was at my bank signing up for new accounts.
