On August 2nd 2022 I was called by Accounts receivable. The lady stated I owed them $1000 for payday loans taken out in 2015. When I asked for the information on this accy the lady got very hostile with me and hung up. I called back and the same lady answered. Told me I wasn't gonna pay it so she was gonna turn it over to the lawyers and hung up on me. I called back a 3rd time and asked to speak with a supervisor, the lady this time started out being very nice. When I asked for all the paperwork to be sent to me she then got hostile and hung up on me. I called back the 4th time and final spoke with a supervisor, he stated I would receive the information in 7 to 10 business days. I asked if I didn't receive it by then could I call again and I got told not to call back.

I never took out a loan in 2015 nor did the little information they gave me match anything that belongs to me.
