Left a gabbled message from a FL number stating he a formal complaint to serve; I live in Alaska. I returned the call were he looked up my file via my phone number. Wanted to transfer the call to another number. I stated I was in law enforcement and questioned why I was being served out of state and why they had not requested local law enforcement to serve me since it was a formal complaint. Formal complaints in AK are criminal, and need to be served by law enforcement. he would not provided the parties name on the complaint or a reference number He ended the call. No new information was given, all information, phone number, my (legal) name was provided by him.

Within 1/2hr the same organization contacted my sister who lives in another state. On her message their garbled message stated they had paperwork to serve her. She called back and they started to prompt her for information about me. She hung up.

I recalled the number this morning asking for more information. The same voice from last night answered and was very reluctant to give me the name of the business "Accurate Information Services" in Orlando Fl. He would not give me a Tax ID, business license number or parent office information. He would also would not give me his name.

A quick search on the internet reveals many "Accurate Information Services" none with an office in Orlando FL.

A check of the court system in Alaska revealed I have no pending civil or criminal case against me other than my work.
