There was no ‘personal contact’ Money was just debited from my bank account in 2- $3.97 withdrawals. I called the phone number that B of A had attached to transaction: The company name is ‘Name Cheap’ at 323-375-2822. Tried to cancel and the recording kept me in an endless loop and kept disconnecting me before I could resolve.
